Return Policy

Simply return the product to us in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair) within 30 days of the original purchase date, and we'll issue you a refund. International orders, orders exceeding the 30 day window, damaged or defective items, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If damaged/defective items are returned, we will resend those to the client (at client's resposibility for shipping cost) or destroy item after 30 days from us receiving the damaged/defective item.
